How is the candy packaged for shipping?

All bulk orders are heat-sealed in food-grade poly bags to ensure maximum freshness and prevent contamination during transit.

Do you offer temperature-controlled shipping for chocolate?

Yes, during warmer months or for heat-sensitive items, we offer insulated packaging and cold packs to prevent melting.

What is the shelf life of your bulk candy?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Specific expiration dates are printed on each bag.

Can I return candy if I change my mind?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or perishable food items. If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer discounts for wholesale or large events?

Absolutely. Our pricing is tiered; the more you buy, the more you save. For orders exceeding 500 lbs, please contact our bulk sales department for a custom quote.
