Returns & Exchanges

At Candy In Bulk, we want to ensure your sweet treats arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, we can only accept returns on unopened, non-edible merchandise or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all products are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
